A clear photo of the entire product
A clear close-up photo of the issue

A clear photo of the product QC Label (located on the bottom or on the back of products)
Providing these details upfront allows our Service Team to assess your claim promptly and determine the best resolution.
Once submitted, a member of our team will review your claim and contact you within 2–5 business days to advise the next steps. All claims are reviewed and prioritised, with urgent matters actioned as quickly as possible.
