We request that all customers check their purchases within 2 days of delivery. Any damages to items must be reported immediately via the James Lane Website where a warranty claim can be processed.

James Lane reserves the right under consumer law to inspect any items as part of warranty claim assessment. The customer remains responsible for returning the items to our warehouse where it will be inspected. If in our reasonable opinion, the product has damage due to reasonable wear and tear, misuse, incorrect assembly or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, we will not issue a refund or claim.
James Lane products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
