Shop from the comfort of your home and collect your order from one of our locations once it’s ready.

 

What you’ll need at collection

  • Original tax invoice

  • Photo ID (must match the purchaser)

     

Before you arrive

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please call us on the number provided in your collection confirmation email 2 hours prior to collection.

 

Please note

  • Not all products are eligible for warehouse or store collection.
  • All furniture purchases are collected from our main distribution warehouses. Please inspect your furniture carefully prior to pick-up. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused after the furniture leaves our premises.

  • In-store Click & Collect is currently only available at selected stores and applies to homewares only.
